Tangle with walnuts and poppy

Ingredients
550 ml milk
30 g yeast
600 g flour
240 g sugar
60 g butter
egg 1
2 pinches of cinnamon
300 g ground walnuts
1 egg white
1-2 vanilla
100 g poppy seed
20 g semolina

Method
Warms 250 ml milk, dissolve the yeast in it, 4 tbsp flour and 1 tbsp sugar, stir and leave to rise. Sieve the remaining flour, add 55 g of sugar and egg. Add the butter (soft), add the dissolved yeast and kneading the dough, leave to rest 45 minutes. For the walnut filling: Boil 120 ml milk and 120 g of sugar and cinnamon. Mix by the walnuts, allowed to cool and mixed with the egg white. poppy filling: Boil 180 ml milk with 60 g of sugar and add vanilla. Add poppy seeds and simmer 5 minutes, then allowed to cool. Then mixed with the semolina. Namaslyava to form cakes. The dough is divided in 2 parts. One is smeared with walnuts and the other with poppy and every screw roll. The roll is cut into 2 in length (in the middle). Take one half of a roll and a half from the other roll and twisted, with the cut part up, then put into the mold and bake in a preheated oven.

Since when looking for a similar recipe. Super! In Serbia offer poppy strudel, which I like a lot of flavor, but in Bulgaria it will. Now as I read this recipe May would be very, very close to the Serbian treat. Will do in the near future and will share. Put assessment before I tried, because I'm sure I'll like it. Here in Haskovo sell some similar rolls with cream or jam. I think I'll try this option, because they are very tasty. I hope to be :)

Today I took that ground poppy seeds and the mixture became finer. Again ignored walnut stuffing :) my remaining dough (because poppy seeds I had less) and made roll with jam. 've Wanted to repeat this recipe, but time is not enough. Today I am happy :)
