Tincture of bran (Varsh)

Ingredients
1 kg wheat bran
80 g cornmeal
1 lemon
leaves of cherry
Method
In a wooden keg, a large jar or crock with a volume of about 2.5 l put bran and flour. Pour boiling water until the court was filled. Shake well, add a few slices of lemon and cherry leaves the court and put in a warm place in the house or in the sun. In 2-3 days the mixture was stirred 2 M times daily. Already ready, water bran is sour and can be used for soups, lamb, poultry or vegetables. When you need to cook, take required amount of infusion and strain, and the court is made up with fresh hot water. To prepare a new solution may be used 2-3 hands of precipitate bran fermentation.
