1 large tomato
50-60 g cottage cheese
1/2 cucumber
rocket leaves
basil leaves
pinch of salt
1 tsp balsamic vinegar
1/2 tsp olive oil

Method
On tomato cut cap, take out the inside. Fill alternating cottage cheese and diced cucumber. Top should be completed with cottage cheese. Decked with cucumber, arugula, coated with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, sprinkled Himalayan salt and chopped basil.
