Tomatoes with Italian rice

Ingredients
4-5 larger tomatoes
2 onions
olive oil
2 cup rice
1 bunch basil
1 bunch parsley
salt, white pepper, oregano, a pinch of red pepper
2-3 leaves of fresh mint
1 liter of water, seasoned with vegetable bouillon cube

Method
Chop on onion and fry in olive oil. Sprinkle with paprika. Tomatoes peel and grate. Add to the onion. Allow to simmer on low heat for about 10-15 minutes. Then add water to the broth, rice, chopped parsley and basil links, mint. Salt and white pepper added. Mix well and let simmer until the rice absorbs the water. Once the dish is ready sprinkle with oregano and serve.

Maggie, I cooked today for lunch. Very tasty it. Quite categories to tastes of traditional Bulgarian recipe. This is because basil, olive oil and oregano. Try not go wrong

Rossi, today I did -chudesen is! But I did it in baking pan. It was just very tasty indeed evident from the spices.

Well then I'm not leaving it to bake, but directly in the pan .. Spices you say the word :) Glad you liked cooked meal :)
