Turkey salad with pineapple

Ingredients
200 g of roasted white meat turkey
160 g pineapple
120 g mayonnaise
80 g prunes
4 leaves of lettuce
pepper
salt
Method
Steaks cut thin slices. Dried plums are scalded with boiling water and after poizstinat are cleaned from the stones. Drain the pineapple and cut into thin polukragcheta. The ingredients are arranged in a serving plate on the leaves of lettuce and poured with mayonnaise, whipped with pepper to taste. The salad is served well chilled, decorated with leaves of herbs of your choice.
