Veal with mushrooms and wine stew

Ingredients
500-600 g veal
400 g mushrooms
1 cup white wine
2 onions
5-6 potatoes
pinch of pepper
70 g butter
salt
sunflower oil
parsley
savory
Method
Mushrooms are cut and stewd with the butter. Cut the meat into cubes and fry with a little sunflower oil for about 5-10 minutes, add the onion cut into crescents, mushrooms, diced potatoes, wine and spices. Leave for another 5-10 minutes on the stove, stirring occasionally. Then it is poured into a stew pot or glass. Court Cover in order to stew the dish and bake an hour - hour and a half minutes at 200 C.
