Ingredients
400 g veal
1 onion
500 g spaghetti (1 package)
4 tomatoes
pepper
salt
cinnamon
Method
Veal cut into pieces, put it in the cooker pressure and add a little salt, pepper and cinnamon. Allow to stand for about 1 hour. Tomatoes are ground or grated, fry the onions in a little sunflower oil and add tomatoes. Allow to thickened and add beef, salt and pepper. In a separate container prepare pasta per instructions on the package, then pour in the heated sunflower oil. In a deep dish put the first part of spaghetti, top watered with a little tomato sauce and add a few pieces of beef. Serve warm.
