Vegan gingerbread

1 cup sugar
1 cup water
2 tbsp honey
1/2 tsp soda
10 g baking powder
2 tbsp cocoa or coffee
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 cup sunflower oil
a pinch of cinnamon, cloves, coriander, ginger
2 and 1/2 cup flour
optional whatever is sweet, if you decide to cut the base and cover it

In court pour sugar water and the oil, heat slightly and add the honey. Stir over low heat to dissolve sugar and honey. Allow to cool. In the cool liquid Pour baking soda, cocoa or coffee, spices (I missed cloves). Mix well, to no lumps. Add the walnuts (I put the whole cup and missed raisins) and flour with baking powder. Pour into form, greased with butter and sprinkled with flour. Bake in moderate oven about 30-35 minutes. Remove the cake can be cut in two and cover it with honey or jam. * I do not smeared with jam, but without it is very tasty, soft and fluffy. Spray it with melted dark chocolate and decked with snowflakes from fondant.
