Vegetable fiesta

Ingredients
500 g potatoes
500 g carrots
500 g celery
spinach 500 g (dock)
60 g butter
5 yolks
pepper, salt
1 bunch parsley
100 g cheese
ketchup
Method
Vegetables are cooked in salted water consistently. Drain and ground in a machine. Add the melted butter, chopped parsley, pepper, grated cheese and egg yolks. Pour the mixture into a round pan, greased with butter and bake in a water bath for about 45 minutes. Attention is in a dish and pour ketchup (optional).
