Vegetable meatballs

Ingredients
2 carrots
2-3 small zucchini
broccoli
2-3 tbsp boiled corn
2-3 tbsp cooked peas
1 red pepper
breadcrumbs
2 eggs
pepper
salt
parsley

Method
Carrots, courgettes, peppers and broccoli are ground finely, finally put the corn and peas, and parsley, chopped not too finely. The mixture is seasoned with pepper and salt, put the eggs and kneaded like mince. Add bread crumbs, to rob wetness, until a solid mixture. Shape is flat meatballs and fry in medium hot oil. Can also be made larger, as cutlets. Served both hot and cold sandwich, for example.

peas and maize are placed, without being milled, and chopped parsley not digested. So make meatballs are not concise.
