Ingredients
150 g Brussels sprouts
150 g peas
2 potatoes
3 carrots
Chapter 1 sweet onion
1 piece fresh ginger - 4 cm.
Olive oil (sunflower oil)
salt, red pepper, thyme

Method
In a saucepan with fat stew cut in crescents onion, carrot slices and red pepper. As soften, add the sliced potatoes, Brussels sprouts and peas. Peel piece ginger grated and also, stirring so as not to squeeze the potatoes. Add a little water as necessary to boil all the vegetables, stew remain without water. Before it off, sprinkle with crushed thyme and shift from the heat.

This winter I found ginger as a spice in the dishes and already often used in vegetable dishes. Manuela looks very appetizing, but from experience I know that really is delicious!
