Walnut cake with honey

Ingredients
300 g walnuts (halved)
140 g pitted dates
220 g butter melted
200 g brown sugar
cinnamon
grated nutmeg
allspice powder
4 eggs broken
140 g flour with bulking
honey Serving

Method
100 g of the walnuts is finely minced meat. Dates are put in a small saucepan with water enough to cover them and cook 5 minutes. Drain and ground into paste. Leave to cool. The oven was heated to 160 C. The bottom and sides of the form cake pan. The butter, sugar and spices are broken light cream. Add dates, ground walnuts, eggs, pinch of salt and stir again a smooth mixture. With a metal spoon Add flour, stir well, pour in the format as above is aligned. Sprinkle with remaining nuts without pressure. Cake bake 40 minutes or until the rise and get golden brown. Serve hot, topped with plenty of honey and ice cream on the side.

Terrific. I do like some walnuts and dates, but it's simple.
