Walnut hedgehogs

Ingredients
4 eggs
1 cup (200 g) sugar
1/2 cup (100 ml) sunflower oil
100 g butter
600 g flour
rind of 1 lemon
200 g walnuts
Method
3 eggs are broken down with the sugar until white. Add the oil, melted butter and flour, and allowed to stand for 20 minutes. Chopped walnuts put in a dish, and another plate put 1 beaten egg. Tear to pieces of dough shaped like balls the size of a walnut, rolled in egg, then in the walnuts and bake in greased and sprinkled with flour pan. Remove after cool down in the tray.
