White halva with almonds or peanuts

Ingredients
500 g almonds or peanuts, roasted, without salt, peeled
300 g sugar
300 g lighter honey
2 egg whites

Method
In court, non-stick surface is heated sugar and honey very low heat until sugar is completely dissolved. A mixture as caramel. When it starts to boil remove from heat and while stirring add the beaten egg white. Returns on the stove, add the almonds (peanuts) and stirred until a homogeneous mixture. Pour into an oiled surface and smoothed. Prior to cool completely (as can be cut), cut into pieces and allowed to solidify.
