American biscuits with chocolate Cookies - II type

2 and 1/2 cup flour
200 g butter
12 tbsp white sugar
12 tbsp brown sugar
10 g baking powder
1/2 tbsp salt
1 vanilla
1 egg yolk + 1

Flour mixed with baking powder and salt and set aside . Soft butter was stirred until it became creamy, add the two types of sugar and vanilla and mix until the products are mixed better. Add the whole egg mix, then add the egg yolk and is again broken. The flour was added to the oil mixture and stirred until a homogeneous mixture. Add chocolate chips and stir again to be distributed evenly. The dough is formed into sausage and brought up in foil and left in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Then cut into wafers, flatten slightly by hand and bake in a preheated 180 C oven 10-12 minutes or until edges browned. Note that when removing from the oven after the required time, the biscuits are soft, this should not bother you, about an hour harden and become crispy.

Super great recipe tastes just like the biscuits which obviously buy the secret is in the two types of sugar.

I am glad that you liked the biscuits are. Both types of sugar are required to achieve the taste of Cookies, but care must be taken with the sugar we buy, because as far as I know the market there is a simple sugar that is dyed and sold as brown. I personally use dark brown Zara which is moist and packed with flavor.

Well two types of sugar, however, 24 tablespoons are not you a little too much? Otherwise super :)

recipe is great! It did not take much time to prepare! I put less sugar (15 in. L.) And added raisins to the dough. :)
