Appetizer with couscous and vegetables

Ingredients
500 g couscous
2 tomatoes
2 cucumbers
3 green onions
1 cup torn parsley
4 heads turnip
1 red pepper
1/2 cup shredded mint (leaves)
2 red radishes
1/2 cup olive oil
juice of 1 lemon
salt, pepper
Method
Cut the tomatoes into cubes, cucumber peel and also cut into cubes. Chop the onion, pepper cubes, turnip cut into thin slices and radish grated. Gets cooked cous-Kusa, according to package directions. Stir with a fork Putting up if glued grains. Transfer to a large bowl. Add already prepared vegetables, olive oil, lemon and spices.
