Apple bars with hazelnuts

Ingredients
1 apple (200 g)
50 g ground hazelnuts
90 g flour (1/2 cup)
5 g baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
50 g sugar
2 tbsp cocoa
2 vanilla
1/2 tsp salt
50 g of chocolate for decoration
Method
Dry mix products, the flour and baking powder sifted advance. The cleaned apple is cut into small cubes and add to the mixture is poured ground hazelnuts, salt and vanilla. Pour 2-3 tbsp water and stirred to give a sticky mixture that is transferred to a tray with dimensions 25h15 cm, the bottom of which there is baking paper. The mixture is leveled and cake bake at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Melt the chocolate in a water bath and applied on cold baked cake using a syringe.
