Beat the eggs with the sugar and the oil. Add sweet previously broken with 100 ml water. Mix baking soda, vinegar and 1 tbsp water and added to the above mixture. Put the flour and stir. Finally, add the apple, cut into cubes. Pour the mixture into a buttered and dusted with flour pan. Bake in preheated moderate oven.
