Ingredients
4-5 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
2 tbsp chopped fresh oregano leaves and parsley
2 pork fillets (about 200 g each)
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp salt, pepper

Method
In a large plastic bag, mix the lemon juice and 1 tbsp of green spices. Put the meat inside, roll it well in the marinade bag and tie tightly before releasing air from it. The meat must be stored in marinade at least 2 hours in the refrigerator. Once you remove the meat from the marinade in a bowl, mix the olive oil, salt and pepper, and remaining oregano and parsley. Rub the meat with this mixture. Bake the meat BBQ.
