Asian soup

Ingredients
1 carrot
1 zucchini
1 stalk leek
5 fresh mushrooms
1 clove garlic
1 chili pepper
1 tbsp chopped ginger very finely
1 tbsp sesame sunflower oil
800 ml water
Method
Garlic, ginger and chilli chopped very finely and fry in sesame sunflower oil for 1 minute, add the remaining vegetables (cut into strips) and after a few minutes up 800 ml water, put salt and dovaryava. Serve warm.
