Baked fruit in chocolate sauce

4 bananas
2 peaches
1 orange
250 g strawberries (can and garden)
150 g of dark chocolate
4 clusters of currants or cranberries
100 ml cream
50 ml milk
30 g butter
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp apricot jam, 1 tbsp honey

Break the chocolate. Heat sour cream without boiling, pour her chocolate stir well so as to obtain of cream. Dilute with warmed milk. Then add the soft butter and keep warm for not tightening. Squeeze the juice from the orange and add it in honey, jam and balsamic vinegar. Cut the bananas and peaches into large cubes, add strawberries and black currants. Pour in orange sauce and leave for 10 minutes to rest. Brush with the butter four rectangles of cooking paper fold the edges of the inside put the fruit with juice. Fold the paper well and cover with another sheet, greased, so you get bags which will not fail to expire juice. Bake in preheated oven at 210 degrees for about 15-20 minutes. Put a bag in a deep dish and serve immediately let guests or relatives you yourself can open the package using scissors so you smell immediately upon opening. Serve with chocolate cream separately to their own fields. * For flavor sachets before constipation can put bergamot mint or optional. * It can be served with ice-cream.
