Banana muffins with double chocolate

210 g flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 baking powder
230 g sugar
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1/2 tsp salt
2-3 bananas
80 ml sunflower oil
1 egg
50-60 g of chocolate (56% cocoa or more)

Heat the oven to 180 C. The shape muffin (12) or placed namaslyava paper baskets in each hole. Sift the flour with the baking soda and baking powder, then stir in a large bowl with the sugar, cocoa and salt. In another bowl with a fork (no mixer or blender) stir gently egg, add the oil and pureed bananas. Add the dry mixture and stir with a fork, not stir too much (10-15 times enough, or the muffins will not become fluffy and rubber). Pour chocolate broken into pieces and stir the mixture again. The dough is dispensed into a mold, and each hole is filled to 2/3 of its volume. Muffins bake 20-25 minutes. Remove from oven and cool for 5 minutes and remove from the mold.

Chocolate break you into pieces or scraping? And maybe razstopyava? Why is it called a ,, double chocolate?

akva7 - Chocolate break into small pieces. As for the double chocolate, I guess that says so for the sake of mixture to which is added cocoa and then for chocolate. :) .. I can not be sure of the name, because I took the recipe from another site, as I wrote, but the way I explain the double chocolate.
