Banitsa Butter chicken

Ingredients
800 g puff pastry
400 g boiled white meat
200 g ham
150 g mushrooms
4 yolks
butter as walnut
3 heads onions
parsley
pepper
salt
25- 30 ml konjac
Method
The dough was allowed to soften at room temperature. Chicken and ham grind of mince. Mushrooms cut into strips and fry in the butter, add the finely chopped onions, minced meat, spices and leave the slow heat, occasionally stirring until soft products. Stuffing ready to add the beaten yolks 3, cognac and chopped parsley and mix well again. The dough was divided into 2 equal parts. One spread in a greased pie form, pour the filling evenly and cover with the second part of the dough, carefully glue the edges with your fingers. Decorated with remnants of dough, or make decorations with a knife as diamonds, smeared with beaten yolk and bake in a hot oven 210 C for 25-30 minutes.
