Ingredients
600-700 g veal
250 g green beans
2 cloves garlic
2-3 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp red wine
1 large onion
1-2 carrots
1 tomato
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp mix of dried vegetables
in 1/2 tsp black pepper and cumin
1/2 tsp chili - optional
salt, sunflower oil

Method
Marinate meat, cut into small pieces for at least 1 hour with crushed garlic, olive oil and wine. In a little sunflower oil fry the meat. Add onions and sliced ​​carrots. Add spices. Stir and put the grated tomato. Pour 1 liter of hot water and leave on low heat to boil. When the meat starts to tear easily add the cleaned and chopped green beans. After 10-15 minutes off and leave the meal to cook for another 10-15 minutes. Add salt. Serve with cooked rice or fresh salad.
