Ingredients
300 g veal liver
3 leeks onion
2 tbsp mustard
2 tbsp soy sauce
juice of 1/2 lemon
olive oil

Method
Fry the chopped liver chunks in olive oil for 5 minutes. Add the onion, cut into rings, soy sauce and mustard. Stew under the lid for 10 minutes, add the lemon juice and turn off the heat.
