Beefsteak with cream

Ingredients
800 g of beef tenderloin
4 onions
flour
2 pinches of grated lemon peel
4 tbsp cream
salt
pepper
fat frying
Method
Pre fuck meat is cut 4 thick steaks. Add salt, the scatter with pepper and left to rest for 30 minutes. The bottom of a small iron skillet coated with fat and when heated strongly, put one at a steak. Fry until the red droplets on top, turn and fry the same way on the other side (steak should remain slightly raw inside). Add a little oil in the pan and onions, cut into crescents, salted and dusted with flour, fry until golden color. Steaks to scatter with grated lemon peel and pour the cream. Cover with the onions.
