Ingredients
750 ml wine
1 l vinegar
2 carrots sliced ​​
1 tbsp thyme
2-3 grains cloves
7-8 peppercorns
2-3 bay leaves
2 onions , sliced ​​
Chapter 1 (about 100 g) celery, diced
7-8 cloves garlic
Method
All products are mixed and boiled for ten minutes. When cool better, pour the meat and hold it in 1 day in the cold.
