The cheese is cut into triangular slices that are consistently rolled in flour, egg, bread crumbs, eggs again and again breadcrumbs and fry until golden in a moderately heated fat. Finely chopped long julienne cabbage mixed with grated carrot and chopped parsley. Add a little mustard, honey and mayonnaise. Season with salt, pepper and mix well. Cabbage is used for sofa cheese.
