Ingredients
5-6 chicken fillets
soy sauce
frying fat
# breading:
1 level tsp salt
1/3 cup of water
cornmeal
2-3 tbsp yoghurt
1 tbsp mustard
3 tbsp corn flakes
# decoration:
Fresh carrot washers
washers Fresh cucumber
ketchup

Method
Chicken fillet sprinkle with soy sauce, cover with water and boiled 5-10 minutes. Strain. During this time of breading products (without cornflakes) was stirred smooth and dense mixture as cake and then add the cornflakes. Each piece of fillet is dipped in breading and fry in heated oil.
