Ingredients
250 g feta feta cheese
1/3 cup yogurt + a pinch of soda
salt, savory Ronen
3-4 tbsp cornmeal
flour type 500 dosgastyavane
fat frying

Method
Yogurt, 50 ml water and stir the cornmeal mush. Add flour as to obtain a thick porridge, rarely dough. The feta cheese was cut into cubes, but not thinner than 1 cm, so as not to be crushed. Each piece of feta cheese is immersed in the slurry and fry in hot fat.
