Breading pat-a-free

Ingredients
300 g flour
200 ml water
200 ml beer
6 eggs
50 ml sunflower oil
Method
Flour, egg yolks, the oil and hot water mixed with beer mixed in Court round-bottom until a thick dough (similar to puff). To this was added the broken foam egg whites. The mixture is stirred gently until fluffy and matures 20-25 minutes, then use. Of the products yielding 1 kg breading.
