Ingredients
500 g flour
300 ml sunflower oil
3 eggs
300 g feta cheese
40 g semolina
5 g salt
Method
Heat 250 ml water with fat and salt. Once boiled, the flour gradually added under continuous stirring. You should get a smooth dough, which is peeled off the walls of the court. Prepare stuffing from semolina, densely cooked with two cups of water and cooled, grated feta cheese and egg white from eggs. The dough is divided into small balls (15-20), which are rolled into circles. On each circle put the filling, then the circle is folded in two, smeared with yolk and place in greased pan. Bake at 190-200 C. pretzels are served cold.
