Cake with apples and carrots

Ingredients
3 eggs
1/2 cup sugar
2 cup flour
1 and 1/2 cup sunflower oil
300 g carrots
2 large apples
1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
1 tsp baking powder
pinch of salt
# For glaze:
200 g cream
250 g cottage cheese
100 ml milk
1 cup powdered sugar

Method
Beat well with mixer eggs and sugar, gradually trickle add the oil while stirring, pour is less and gradually the flour (it is pre-screened and in it are put baking soda and vanilla). Mix well and put the carrots and apples, grated. Mix well, pour into a buttered and floured round pan and bake about 40 minutes at 150-170 C. Once cool, well smeared with previously prepared glaze: Dissolve the sugar in milk and wooden spoon mix with the cream and the cottage cheese. After bake, decorate with pieces of fruit or nuts. It is better to cut into triangular pieces.

I could not rub it with icing. The next time today just could not wait for it to cool. Peko it in cake form, because I was not sure whether I can do it in a baking baking pan. Healthy, delicious and very aromatic - remains to favorites :)
