Cake with candied fruit

# For the dough:
100 g butter
300 g flour
egg 1
1 tbsp fresh milk
pinch of salt
# For the filling:
4 apples
pears 4
50 g butter
100 g sugar
# For the cream:
300-400 g cottage cheese
100 g cream
3 eggs
1 tbsp starch
200 g sugar

For the dough: The butter is creased with flour to make crumbs, add the egg , salt, and milk. Knead the dough and leave in the fridge for 20 minutes.
