Cake with peaches and cottage cheese

500 g peaches
4 eggs
125 g butter
400 g sweetened cottage cheese
2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp cinnamon
1 orange
1 tbsp caster sugar
100 g white chocolate
Wash peaches, divide them in half and remove pits them me. Divide the egg yolks and whites of eggs. Beat the egg yolks with the sugar, then add the cottage cheese and mix thoroughly until a smooth cream. Add the grated peel of oranges and mix again. Beat the egg whites to foam and add them to the mixture. Pour the mixture into a round top spread chopped peaches and bake 10 minutes in a moderate oven. Smash chocolate and melting it in a water bath with 10 g butter and orange juice. Sprinkle the finished cake with powdered sugar mixed with cinnamon and pour the chocolate.
