350 g flour
6 eggs
500 g minced meat
300 g spinach
100 g chicken
3 cloves garlic
100 g feta cheese Parmesan
3 tbsp butter
salt and pepper
olive oil
Flour and 3 eggs mix a soft dough and allowed to stand covered for 30 minutes. During this time the oil fry the mince, add cooked and finely chopped spinach, chopped pieces of chicken and crushed garlic. Season to taste with salt and pepper and fry quickly. When the mixture cool to complete the addition of the remaining eggs and half of the grated feta cheese Parmesan. Roll out the dough on the kitchen counter and cut into squares. In each square put a spoonful of filling. Then prihlupva and pinched the conventional way of getting out of the filling so shaped triangles. Ranks in the pan, pre-oiled, and bake 25-30 minutes.

This recipe I liked, but I worry that in the dough no raising agent. Albany how thick-before cutting into squares?

test is sharpening as sweet cones around 5-7milimetra. A dough is still flour and eggs. My neighbor makes for pitnik and were very tasty.
