Ingredients
4 eggs
200 g sugar
100 ml sunflower oil
1/2 tsp soda
vanilla
800 g cherries
100 g of powdered sugar
2 cup flour
Method
Beat the eggs with the sugar. Stirring continuously, add the oil and flour mixed with baking soda and vanilla. Once you have defeated well add cherries cleared of stones. Bake in greased and floured rectangular baking dish. Serve it off sprinkled with powdered sugar.
