Cherry Surprise

Ingredients
200-250 g cherries
100 g chocolate
200 ml cream
3 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp starch
# For the biscuit base:
150 g biscuits (1 package)
2-4 tbsp copper
Method
Cherries are cleaned from the stones. Set aside 10-15 sprinkle with remaining sugar and cook for 3-4 minutes. Starch, pour 2-3 tbsp cold water. Dissolve and poured into the cherries. Again boil and allowed to thicken. Crushed and leave to cool. Then mixed with the shattered snow cream. The biscuits are ground finely. Add the honey, and stirred so as to become a crumb. Chocolate is melted for 15 seconds in the microwave and add a little milk or cream (1 tsp). Biscuit mixture is distributed in the metal rings, so that they are filled to 1/3. Pressed well. Arrange cherries and covered with cream and sprinkled with chocolate and decorate with mint leaves.
