Ingredients
2 boneless chicken breasts
150 g mature goat feta cheese
15-20 pitted black olives
handful of dried tomatoes
4 cloves garlic
1 tsp dry basil
3 tbsp olive oil
salt pepper
20 g butter
2 tbsp olive oil for frying
Method
Soak the tomatoes in hot water until soft. Drained and marinated in olive oil, sliced ​​garlic and basil. Seasoned with pepper and salt. Cut into cubes the feta cheese, olives and leave purposes. Mix tomatoes. shear chicken breasts in the middle to obtain 4 portions. With a sharp knife cut the pieces are in the middle without meat cut to the bottom.
