Chicken Chinese

Ingredients
500 g chicken fillet
1 glass leeks
2 onions
3 tomatoes
3 peppers
100 g mushrooms
salt
sunflower oil
soy sauce for marinating
curry
pepper
Method
Tenderloin cut into small pieces and marinate with soy sauce. Leave in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Tenderloin fry out of the fat and leave in a separate dish. In the same oil fry, shredded leeks, and the onions, cut into crescents. Add the peppers, tomatoes and mushrooms. Stew 4-5 minutes. Add fried chicken. The dish is seasoned with salt, pepper and curry. Boil for 10 minutes.
