Chicken fajitas

2 boneless chicken breasts
2 lemons
1/2 tbsp caster sugar
2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp cinnamon
2 onions
3 peppers (green , yellow and red)
3-4 tbsp sunflower oil
salt, pepper

Peppers are cleaned and cut into thin strips. Onion cut into crescents. Chicken cut into short, thin strips. Marinate in the juice and rind of lemons, powdered sugar, oregano, cayenne pepper, cinnamon, salt and pepper. Mix. Allow to stand for 30 minutes. The oil was heated and added to the meat and fried for about 5 minutes, then add the peppers and onion. Fry until soft. Serve with parsley and tomato sauce or tomato slices.

Mmmm, how I love ... but not just fried and almost dry pan and put the pods - another 4-5 minutes and is ready. With guacamole, corn in tortiyya - a dream! Fast, easy, tasty, slightly crunchy, flavorful ... Excellent recipe!

Thank you. Can, according to taste the peppers and onions are left slightly crunchy.

Do something, but today I tried your recipe. Very very tasty. Cinnamon January swapped with Mexican seasoning for chicken.

I love crunchy peppers (and more photogenic :) but because my husband fried them to complete softening: ((((
