Chicken liver with onions in a pan

Ingredients
500 g chicken livers
3 onions
1 tsp salt
150 ml sunflower oil
100 ml water
1/2 tsp dried thyme
200 g cheese

Method
Pre livers are soaked for one hour in water. Peel onions and cut into slices. In a deep, wide pan pour oil. The pan is placed on a heated stove. Once you begin to sizzle pour carefully chopped onion. By pozaparzhi, add livers, well drained from the water. Sprinkle salt and stirred with a spatula. When light turns white livers make 100 ml water. Kotlonat reduced. Serve sprinkled with powdered thyme. Mix again. Once they have finished top grate in large pieces cheese. Livers are served warm.
