Chicken nuggets with fluffy batter

Ingredients
500 g chicken fillet
1 tbsp yogurt
1/2 tsp soda
1/2 cup flour type 500
1/2 cup cornmeal
pinch Ronen savory
1-2 pinches of salt
5-6 tbsp soy sauce
sunflower oil for frying

Method
Chicken fillet cooked in salted water for 15-20 minutes, drain and leave to cool. Meanwhile, prepare the breading. To yogurt and soda are added egg, 1 cup water, flour, salt and savory crumbling. The density of the breading is determined by immersing a finger - to hold on it. If it is rare, is added a little more flour, if thick - a little water. Tepid fillet cut into thin slices 1 cm thick, which are cut into smaller pieces, arranged on a tray and pour with soy sauce. Remain for about 5-10 minutes. The oil is very hot and it fry each piece of meat dipped in breading.
