Ingredients
1 chicken
3 eggs
1 cup milk
2 tbsp flour
100 g butter
150 g cheese
salt, pepper

Method
The chicken is boiled and cut into pieces. Prepare a bechamel sauce of milk and flour and season with salt and pepper. Separate the yolks are broken down in a water bath and gradually add them to the melted butter until the cream. Prepare 4 pots. In each put first of bechamel sauce, top the chicken, pour with yolk cream and finally sprinkle with grated cheese. Gyuvechetata bake in a moderate oven until browned cheese.
