Ingredients
8 chicken steak 200 g of leg
800 g small potatoes
30 g melted butter
4 slices bacon
2 cloves garlic
1 tbsp fresh rosemary needles
30 g green olives
Method
Heat the oven to 220-230 C. Chicken steak washed and dried with kitchen roll. On each steak made two deep incisions. The potatoes are peeled, washed and cut into halves. Steak and potatoes arranged in a large fireproof tray. Cover with pan with melted butter. Bake uncovered 30-40 minutes. Add the sliced garlic, finely chopped bacon and rosemary. Bake uncovered 10 minutes or until golden. Add olives. Chicken steak with garlic potatoes are served with a green salad and lemon slices.
