Chicken Tobacco sauce Kemal

Ingredients
1 small chicken (750-800 g)
1 tbsp margarine
salt and pepper
# For the marinade:
2 tbsp sour cream
3 cloves garlic
salt and pepper
# For the sauce Kemal:
4 green tomatoes
3 cloves garlic
2 sprigs of parsley and dill
1 tsp lemon juice
cayenne pepper and salt
Method
The chicken is cut in half lengthwise through the chest, hammered out until the meat is thinned, and seasoned with salt and pepper. Just one clarification tovya name of the dish is chicken *Tobacco* and sauce *TKEMALI*.This is an original Georgian meal.I have a friend who married a Georgian in Gabrovo and learned tazire tsepta.It is very tasty.
