Chicken with tomatoes and mushrooms

Ingredients
400 g chicken (legs or white meat)
1 large onion
500 g mushrooms mushrooms
2-3 cloves garlic
1 cup white wine
400 g canned tomatoes
1 tbsp tomato paste
pinch of dried basil and a pinch of thyme
salt and pepper
1 tsp mustard
Method
Chicken fry in 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil, with red sprinkle with basil and thyme . In the pan put the sliced ​​mushrooms, canned tomatoes, chopped onion and garlic, salt, pepper, wine and mustard. Tomato paste dissolved in 1 cup water and poured into other products. Mix everything. In tray and put the pieces of fried chicken. Bake about 40 minutes at 200 C. Serve on a platter of steamed rice.
