Chili con carne

Ingredients
750 g of lean beef
1-2 onions
2-3 cloves garlic chopped
coarsely ground chilli
450 g peeled canned tomatoes
2 cup red beans canned
Tabasco sauce
chilli and coarsely ground chilli optional
1 tsp salt
oil
1 and 1/2 cup washed rice (basmati) or bread for garnish

Method
If served with rice is boiled rice with a little salt in 1-1 and 1/2 cup water until soft and absorb the water. Meanwhile, in a skillet heat the oil and fry the meat for 5 minutes, put the finely chopped onion and fry with minced meat. Add salt, coarsely ground cayenne pepper and hot peppers, Tabasco sauce - should be careful with it because it is very hot. Add tomatoes with juice dish and allow to boil for about 10 minutes. Put them beans and garlic and sauté for 15 minutes. Serve in a deep dish, one side of rice or bread, the other mince. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and remove to cross put red and green chili pepper.

I love chili con carne, warm winter dish is undergoing any variation. While that basic option is good, I often fiddle with ground coriander, cumin, cinnamon and even a little less cocoa go, and roasted peppers. I offer always just descended from the pan flat bread and never miss pungent :)
