Chocolate cake with raspberry wine

150 g sugar
80 g of dark chocolate
100 g butter
1/4 tsp salt
80 ml wine from raspberries (or red wine)
70 g flour
3/4 tsp baking powder
2 eggs
# For the chocolate glaze:
100 g chocolate
100 g sugar
1 tsp glucose
125 ml liquid sweet cream
1/2 tsp vanilla
The oven is heated to 180C. Shape with a diameter of 20 cm with movable walls covered with baking paper, greased with a little melted butter. In bowl mix the butter, sugar, chocolate and wine. Put on medium heat until all ingredients are melted and the mixture is homogeneous. Get out of the fire and it set aside about 70 ml. Eggs beat with a mixer. Add flour, salt and baking powder. The majority of the wine was added to the egg. Mix well and pour into the prepared form. Bake 20-25 minutes. Check for readiness with a toothpick, which pinned in the cake should come out dry. baked cake is removed from the mold. While warm pour less to set aside 70 ml the wine mixture. Leave to soak. Once the cake has cooled it I poured chocolate. For the glaze all products without vanilla, mix in a pot. Heat on medium heat until chocolate is melted and sugar. Stir until a homogeneous mixture. Once you begin to boil, stirring is discontinued. Glaze simmer 2-3 minutes and remove from heat.
