Chocolate layered cake with nuts

300 g of chocolate (70% cocoa)
150 g cleaned almonds
150 g hazelnuts
1 tsp cocoa powder
100 g of powdered sugar
255 g soft butter
6 egg whites
6 egg yolks
pinch of salt
The oven is heated to 190 C. Tray sizes 20-25 cm stood with baking paper, covering the walls. Namaslyava and flour. Almonds and hazelnuts are placed in a blender and grind. Add broken pieces of chocolate and cocoa. Grind for 30 seconds. Transfer to a bowl. Separately, mix the butter with the sugar. Add egg yolks, one by one, and then the chocolate paste. Separately, beat egg whites with a pinch of salt on hard snow. Add 1/3 of the egg whites to the basic dough and mix gently. Add and other egg whites and stirred carefully. The dough is transferred into the prepared mold and baked for 1 hour. Check with a stick or skewer that is ready (pinned in the middle - should come out dry). The cake is cooled and removed from the mold. Sprinkle with cocoa and garnish with whipped cream, ice cream.
